The standings still can change. The difference betwwen 10th and 2rd is nine points and 2 points between 10th and 5th.

This will make for a very interesting free skate event!!!!

I'm appalled by the judging.
I don't get why Radionova scores higher than Miyahara. Did you see the way Radionova recoils after every jump or how she skated through the step sequence?
And why does Ashley score lower than Gracie? What is with Gracie's disgusting PCS?
I also don't get why Ashley is behind Pogorilaya.

Everything feels so wrong. I'm not gonna sleep in peace.

I want ashley to pull a Mao at Sochi and skate lights out in the free skate. Prove she belongs in that group.

Gracie's constantly inflated scores are infuriating. I like gracie, I think she has a tremendous gift but she doesn't deliver and looking pretty and knowing you have it in you isn't the same as laying it down when it counts. No way did she deserve to be higher than Ashley.

I actually think Gold deserved to be higher than Ashley -- who had errors on all 3 jumping passes, a 3Z+3T<(fall), 2A(turnout), 3F(twofooted).

If anything, the biggest travesty is that with multiple errors in their programs, Gold and Wagner got the 3rd and 4th highest PCS, respectively. Murakami's program easily slayed theirs. Judges were stingy on PCS tonight, except for Liza (who obviously got a 3A-related PCS boost).

They were pretty lenient on edges, since only Brooklee Han got an edge (and 2 people got a !)

And before tonight many thought Liza had a bad draw being first in the final flight...turned out it either doesn't matter or it rather helped!

Liza was like Patrick at 2011 Worlds LP. Well, Patrick had the added intimidation factor from the SP already when he skated first in the final LP group. Liza too will carry her uncatchable score from the SP to the LP event.

did I miss something? her Lz edge is usually good, it's her flip edge that is usually suspect

Liza was just AMAZING as always. No words needed!
I am happy for Kanako. In the beginning of the season, my heart went for her as she seemed to be dismissed while Ashely was looked as the only matured veteran woman skater. Even though I prefer Kana's National SP, her skate here was just so beautiful. I just hope her LP keeps up with it.
I was worried about Elena after Liza's amazing skate, but she ran her own race, being calm but fierce!

So so sad right now I didn't see much of Ashley's skate, my Wifi is unusually slow, but wow, she got absolutely no love from the judges. Very low PCS. She's been in a position before where she can come from way behind in the SP, but the judges didn't help her in the slightest. As a fan since 2007, I just want her to have that world medal so badly.

Wagner had very high PCS considering the fact that she had multiple disruptive errors on all three of her jumping passes, did not project/sell the program as she usually does, and only so-so choreography in her SP.

Does anyone want to join my prayer for Ashley to nail the free skate & get at least 4th? Poor Ashley, worse score than Gracie no way Ashley please do well in the free skate. Very surprising event, lots of girls bombed!

I do hope that will serve as a wake-up call for Polina to stop complaining about the imaginary persecution of her flip by multiple tech panels around the world.
