Honestly the score doesn't matter here as the placement that counts. So I'm fine with whatever they give for skaters as we all know this team even is not that serious to begin with.
I'm just sad because he is upset. It's clearly shown that he is not happy at all. The boy is too serious. Poor him. I hope someone cheers him up.

He wanted to skate clean so badly, and since it didn't happen, well, we know he's not the kind to hide his feelings. But I doubt he'll stay sad for a long time, he'll get over it and go for it at the FS. I hope he'll skate clean, this time.

To be honest I would have been more worried if he did seem happy because it would have meant that he was ok with flawed performances and high scores despite flaws. As it is, it's evident that excellence is no less important to him than winning, and I'm glad for that.

I'm frustrated as Yuzu are. He was able to clean the SPand set a high score (mb over his WR).
But anyway, I feel a perfect LP tomorrow with a score over 200 . It will be SP'world record in Sochi, LP'WR in WTT . So not bad

Oh, how I hope you're right! I'm not that optimistic, but I know he can do a clean FS for sure. :yes: And if it is clean, then we can hope for a big score. He needs to rest well until then.

He doesn't have trouble with it in the free so I also think it's more mental.
Anyway the program was very beautiful.

I saw the protocol. And I calculated from it, that if he didn't fall, had a fully rotated 3Lz-3T, and at least 0 GOE on that element, 100.58 points.

I haven't gotten the chance to see it yet. In about maybe an hour and a half I will. After my genetics lecture and once I get to the building where I take my jazz class I'll check it out.

It's probably has something to do with the timing of the music. I don't think he has this problem with other programs.

i will be honest, i didnt get it as well but in my defense he looked so down, didnt even think he was mimicking them its a shame about combo really but his lutz landing seemed off to me, he was once again brave to add 3T instead of 2T, hopefully he will use this disappointment and shows us clean POTO so that he can leave that program in peace

I didn't get it at first either and I think most people didn't because we know how Yuzuru (and us) want that beautiful program to be clean and its all we think about not knowing he already cool down a bit and joking

Agreed on the combo~ its the same situation with GPF the lutz landing is already a bit off hence the fall on 3Toe because he's already imbalance.
