Amazon Japan does ship to France. The shipping isn't cheap though.

Also, depending on the price of what you order, be aware that you may need to pay for custom. As in, for anything above 25€ they *can* start charging you, it doesn't always happen, but basically, the more expensive the parcel, the more chances you'll get taxed by customs (for a couple of magazines, I think you should be safe, the only stuff I've ever seen being taxed were parcels.)

And last bit of info, if you chose EMS, it'll come to you through Chronopost and not La Poste/Coliposte.

Ok, thanks for the info! I've ordered stuff from Japan before (sometimes it could be expensive), but never through Amazone. And my last order from Japan is quite a few years old, regulations could have changed by now, mmm... Anyway, I'll think about it. Thank you! :)
 
Anybody else suffer Hanyu withdrawal symptoms? He's only been gone like a month and I already miss him! I wish this coming season would hurry up and get here!

Me too. But he will be back to Japan after 10 days or so for the shows:), so other skaters will put yuzu’photos or videos on social media like preceding years’ Ice shows periods. We can have a lot!:cheer: Or the show or its practice time will be broadcast on TV, which will be uploaded on youtube or so right away. I’m looking forward to watching him getting more energy after good and enough practice and rest in Toronto:love:.

I hear you, although I'm sure we'll hear some news about him as his show schedule starts up.

In the meantime I'm trying to use the lull in media coverage to make more composite images. Here's a composite image of his 3Lz2T from the GPF I just finished.

Wow! It's gorgeous image:). His 3lz2t with tano is really high quality to watch. It’s softly and airly. Further, I love his tano jump, especially in RJ2 (In my memory, it was 3A2T with tano. But in Sochi, he missed tano..).:hopelessness:.. You are a master at making images:clap:! I'm looking forward to your making the layback ina bauer next time!

Meioma, I'll give the 3Lz from Nationals a shot later (I'll need to check the videos I downloaded for the best quality). The videos I have has the jump going from right to left on the screen which I haven't tried yet, so I may have to get creative.

Hamaguri I remember he didn't do the tano at Sochi too which was a shame. I figured it was because at that point he was so exhausted some of the little details got lost as he was trying to hold on to each of his remaining jumps.

Making these images requires a lot of trial and error (curious if I had photoshop and new how to use it if it'd be easier). At times it's really frustrating because you get the software likes to make different body parts disappear but I love seeing the end results and sharing them with fellow fans. Helps to combat IHYS ;)

This composite image is quite impressive ! We can see how he gets off axis, but comes back to land this lutz cleanly, another evidence of his incredible jumping skills.

Oh boy, all this magazines with Yuzuru make me so jealous !! I wish I could have at least one :cry:
When I was at the Bompard I met Japanese fans with a photo book entirely dedicated to Yuzu with such beautiful pics, they showed me just a few pages, and I considered for one second taking it and running far away :laugh:

Same here !! This year, I was not able to watch the whole competitions, but I managed to watch him at almost all events, and what moments he gave us !! Can't wait to see him skate again :yay:

And I hope I won't have to wake up again seeing pictures of Yuzuru injured on Instagram. Literally that's what happened. I woke up after the FP for CoC and I saw the pics and I had to ask what happened. And of course I found out.....:slink:

Oh dear. I remember watching Cup of china during my lunch break, I didn't saw the warm up and took the stream just at the beginning of the group, and I heard the commentators talking about "he probably won't skate after what happened... this was horrible..." but NEVER saying what actually happened !!

I watched it during my trip to school on YouTube and I saw him with the bandage on his head but, like you've said the commentors said nothing about what happened.... then I found clips of the crash.... :cry: :drama:

Hope that the same thing will not happen once again!!!
