Today was a loooong day of lotteries. There were four lotteries for tickets to the NHK Trophy in November (2015NHK杯国際フィギュアスケート競技大会). At 10am, I registered with CN Playguide. At 11am, I signed up with Lawsons and Ticket Pia. Finally, at noon, I applied with E-ticket Plus. I was fortunate enough to see Yuzuru perform at last year's NHK here in Osaka. Hopefully I will get at least one ticket for each of the three days of the trophy this year too! :) Wish me luck!

Good luck!!!!!!

I hope soon we will have news that he is in Canada. (only one month is left till Autumn Classics ) :slink:

Well, he's getting more training time this season, for sure. He had spent a good amount of time in Canada this time before he left for Japan. And, from the looks of it, both the SP and the FS are ready, unlike like season where POTO was never completed. I'm going to be like Brian who got very worried at first because he used to think his programs would never be ready on time, but then he decided to trust him because they were always ready. But with the Autumn Classic so close, I think he will soon head back, he's doing a lot of changes to give priority to his training (like going to the Autumn Classic instead of Finlandia and choosing SC).

Well my prediction is that, he will skate great at Autumn clasisc, he will bomb at SC, he will skate well enough at NHK to qualify for GPF, and at GPF....

I am so sad that the airline tickets from YVR to Lethbridge is so expensive...I really wanted to go to Skate Canada T__T

No!!!! 😱😱😱 Don't bomb in any competitions please!!!!

We have to consider that what falls in Yuzu's standards as 'bomb' is still not that bad. Unless HanDomi meant something really ugly :hopelessness: I really hope it's not the case, he needs to bring a good game to SC to face Patrick. I'd say there are better chances for him to win NHK with a not so great performance than at SC.
Then again, it has been the pattern for the last few years: did well at Finlandia, not so well at SA and SC (no comment on COC), a bit better at NHK (x2) and TEB, and SB scores at GPF. I guess it would make sense, but I really hope it doesn't happen that way.

Oh I'm sorry. How about going by train or bus?

In Canada, train is for rich people and I don't recall there is train station at Lethbridge.

Becki, you may want to take Greyhound which is much cheaper, only if you can stand the long distance driving.

How about flying into Calgary and then rent a car or take the greyhound to Lethbridge? The flight cost from YVR to Calgary is almost half the price.
