Why is he hopeless, to you?
He was quite good at the Winter Games in Mongolia, altitude and all, didn't fall for a change, he got second, after Jin, with all his quads completed, only a slight flaw somewhere. The coach after the LP, offered him an oxygen can, he was so high up, he waved and shoved it away!
He has the best PC and footwork amongst the Chinese men skaters, so with the Russians absent at Taipei, there is a chance, with good luck for him to place higher than, less say, fourth overall.

Cause he's like second Michal Brezina. If he does well in SP, he won't do well in LP and vice versa. I love watching him anyway though and really wish he skate both programs clean, his SS are amazing :luv17:

i have so much questions about Tammy's method of teaching/preparing her students, all her students has so much promise but not the competetive mindset, maybe i am alone but i think something has to change, it breaks my heart to see them not delivering despite all the potential :hopelessness:

Really wish i could watch but YT Taiwanese channel is blocked, cbc not playing, Euro channel blocked and kazsport works but freezes. Hola did not unblock anything for me. Sad to miss it.

Maybe, home ice made the difference. Back in January, Nan Song was on fire. He got his quad, and he didn't fall. The commentator was even surprised at his form.

Come on, Taipei City, Chinese Taipei, is just like another type of home ice, its Chinese, right? Even the crowd is with them. The gang should show all scruples away, and nail their stuff, just like in Xinjinag!
