Every country is guaranteed three spots at 4CCs as long as they have the skaters with the TES minimums to fill them.

That's the thing. Boyang deserves first, no question, but why give the high pcs scores when he does not deserve them? It's so annoying when this happens and it's obvious to all. The free program will definitely tell the tale, though.

Pretty sure that unlike Europeans, standings doesn't really matter for the number of spots. Each country will get 3 spots regardless
