She would have to finish top 10 to give Canada 2 JW spots. I don't see that happening

OTOH, it insures that Canada will have at least 5 JGP slots next year which is an improvement over 4 this season. How many more slots she gets will depend on how many countries have a skater that finishes ahead of her. 6 JGP slots is very doable. She probably would need help to get 7 slots.

She does? Oh.... But at least like you said, more JGP spots for next year.

Ugh, senior skaters do it too. I hate it with a passion!! If you have that much emotion, put it into the choreography--don't wave your hands around!
