The sad part is that even with the broken record Mao will have tough time beating the Russian. We seem to have a very skater-friendly and more or less neutral judging and tech panels at this event so she might get away with some < and ! here and there.

According to Jackie Wong's blog, her planned content is 3A, 3F-2Lo, 3Lo....That TES doesn't seem like it'll be high...can she do a 3F-3T? I mean if she can, no Zayaking.

She can do 3F-3Lo but that presents a few problems: it is usually not ratified and thus doesn't score much better than a 3-2, and it forces her to do a lutz as the solo jump, which often gets edge calls. I think she is going for a solid showing more than a world record. I don't think she has tried a 3F-3T since before 2010.
