that is not true. At SC Ashley scored >70!!

Lol at those of you saying Ashley's score is inflated. Scores have been rising for some ladies all season! Of course she's getting rewarded for skating clean, as well as having a difficult, high-energy and high performance program.

I think if they are going to break the SP record they would need a 3Lz AND a 3F if they don't have a 3A, I don't see it happening today

I'm pretty sure Ashley managed a 70+ this season in short. Try Skate Canada...

Y'know, I think I'm beginning to understand the half boot tights. Evgenia's legs are so slender that her boots make her feet look like giant clubs. The tights help disguise that while extending her line.

I still think they're hideous, though.

Not a good look.

Ummm her PB/SB is 70.73 which she set at Skate Canada this season. I don't think shy of 3 points of inflation over an entire season is big or unreasonable...

When Mirai makes you cry….I'm happy for her, and her getting 65 with an under rotation is something to be proud of, since she still has room to move up in her score. I think Mao will do better in the long. The short hasn't really seemed to inspire her much this season, but her longs have generally been ok, mostly at JO. It was a shame to see her miss the axel, since according to practice reports, she hasn't missed all week. And finally, Gooooo Ashley!!!!! That was great! The personal best was awesome! She should be really happy with that. (ADD: I just realized, her score is only 1 point less than Medvedeva's SB…this is going to be interesting)

I don't get the idea here saying that Mao is overstored? 65 is NOT a high score for her in fact it was a bit low, especially in the PCS. I know she made mistakes so you can take a point away from Performance but the others should not be affected, especially she sold this program just as well as she did in CoC
