Gracie was over-scored. Her PCS shouldn't be over Ashley's. And the 3F should have gotten an edge call. Not a !. Not even sure if it got called or not.

I actually find Zhenya to be very artistic. On the contrary I find Ashley a bit more "Broadway" which is artistic but in a different way. I'm saying I see both as being artistic in completly different ways. Drama vs Showy

Evgenia is very lyrical, especially her arms. It is different from Ashley but it also gets old faster. Her programs this year were a bit one-dimensional, exacerbated by her using a lot of the same moves in both the SP and LP. Girl obviously has time to grow though, so I hope she tries different choreographers next year.

Some really wonderful skating tonight. I hope Ashley and Gracie can maintain this level of skating in the long, but I somewhat believe they will falter a little while the others maintain their level. Congrats to all.

Interesting that the 2 USA ladies are the only 2 in the top group to have had their SBs jump by about 3 points - while the others went down. Has nothing to do with where the event is being held!

Okay, DD the judge would call a costume violation on that dress. It's not covering spots that are supposed to be covered except with illusion. Granted, she's national not international judge are there different tolerances on the "excessive appearance of nudity" item?
