I'm so proud of my girl Ashley and I'm freaking out, I though she would have to battle for the Bronze but she got Silver! She proved that she could stand up to the pressure and nail a FS as the last skater, congrats to her on ending the US Ladies' Medal drought! So much redemption for her after 2014!

Honestly, congrats to Ashley. Also, Pogo backstage on Evgenia's lap is too cute. Pogo has totally stolen my heart, and though I disagree with WR, Zhenya is adorable and did well.

And Mirai held onto that top 10!

I love Ashley and I loved both her performances... but Anna was seriously robbed. Anna should have silver, I do not get the judging on her PCS. Ashley with a well deserved bronze would've been perfect.

Ashley got 2 UR and a !, so that score is unreal!!

As unreal as Gracie's score with a fall and a doubled lutz. So I guess the judges are consistent.

Aside from minor disappointment from Gold and some subjective arguments I'm sure we'll be having for days about PCs, that was the most incredible ladies competition I've ever seen. Both the short and the free delivered in spades! Strongest field in skating at the moment as well. Great grand finale to this event.

5 out of the top 6 skated essentially perfect short and long programs. It was a fantastic ladies event overall. Congratulations to all the ladies.
