I apologise for the language I used that some of you find to be too strong. Although I do think translating "砸" into "crash into" is an understatement, not overstatement.

Let me try this again: I don't think Zhang is malicious. I do find he or his decision-making representative is very unrealistic.

I also truly believe this switching is happening. There's plenty of circumstantial evidence. I said it all before. People can decide for themselves how to interpret it.

Time will tell. Four years ago people made predictions about Peng & Zhang. Some of them are eerily accurate.

It's very hard to explain to people who're used to a transparent, black or white, yes or no, everything-is-officially-announced kinda information environment. We don't have that luxury. We do need insider information, whistle-blowers, piecing together every bit of clue, spotting a pattern, why, because nothing is handed over to us. If we don't believe in anything not officially announced, we literally know nothing. If we believe in everything we read about, we become conspiracy theorists in no time. There is a subtle line between truth and story. I think that's why I have a such difficult time explaining myself here.

I can only laugh out loud if you choose to believe those official statements from Chinese! You know, they are really good at covering up scandals by making some public announcements! I do believe that the comments from a few Chinese posters here are based on the truth which might be obtained through some inside channels. Anyway, I am still on the side of Yu, who is such a pitiful victim that nobody is responding to her pleas within the skating circles, except a small number of fans. :sad21:
