Next year's 4CC is 1 year before the Olympics. If the IOC requires 1 year before a new venue can be used, then the new venue would need to be finished and tested by February next year. (Does the ISU have the same 1 year requirement for a new venue?) If Korean Olympic committe can't follow their plan, does it mean they would need to use an old venue?
It seems that ISU dont require 1 year like IOC, but it should be (for safety). Anyway I hope they can finish the venue asap
PS: all information is base on Japanese media which is very bias in this problem, so some information should be checked again in western media

He did this easy peasy...no wonder we got the out-of-no-where 3rd jump in seimei. I remembered a couple of posters in competition thread said they blinked and missed the jump
