Gracie needs to get her act together. It's beyond depressing. If she can't improve by nationals I'd say a spot on the podium would be unlikely. And I worry about her chances for worlds and Olympics.

On a high note, I actually like this FS program a lot for Gracie although the music seems a bit odd.

Omg, the way she looked at Frank--like a little girl hoping not to get scolded (or worse)... She needs a coach change ASAP!

I think we've seen the last of Frank and Gracie as a team. He didn't even greet her when she came off the ice and Gracie just looked up at him with no response coming from him at all.

If I were Frank I'd let Gracie go for her own good. She needs something different. I don't know if Frank is the problem (I doubt it) but she needs to change something and coaching is often the easiest quick fix.

Everyone keeps blaming Frank for Gracie's problems but Gracie is the one that is out there not skating like she can. She has always been fragile mentally but now she's collapsed. It's like all the pressure from the last 4+ years has just wore her out. The fact that she was still depressed about Worlds in July shows that she's not strong.

I have the same observation. It does have the same design. Just different color. I think this is more beautiful tho.

On a positive note, TAT mentioned that Eteri has a group of very talented kids that will be top in a few years.

Jumps aside, the plastered on smile and wooden performances are not endearing. She has less artistry than Liza as far as I'm concerned, but never gets half the criticism, why is that

My sense was that, after yesterday, she had decided to just go do it and not stop, for herself.

She smiled in the KnC. It looks like she's made a decision and is at peace. She'd moved on psychologically before that skate....

Frank is the one who looked stressed......

I would put money that a change is imminent.....She's either made a decision to move coaches or to take a break....will be interesting to see.

On a positive note, I do think Gracie will be able to bounce back. She has the talent, she just needs to reignite that spark, even if that spark is "I can hang up these boots after Pyeongchang and do anything else I want."

Maybe Gracie could divide her time between Kori and Frank, sort of like Jason has done this year? It would probably be a relief to Frank.
