2017 Canadian Nats Senior Women's FS

Yikes is she giving it away? How will they score this

This program is so enjoyable and easy to watch.... but some big errors as well as big jumps... I much prefer Kaetlyn, but those middle jumps were rough.. will kaetlyn's short lead keep her first? Not sure.

The judges seem to love Kaetlyn and Gabby had a few bobbles and tight landings so it might give them the wiggle room to keep Kaetlyn in front -- especially with her lead after the SP

Agh Kaetlyn! Again! It always seems to come to the loop and the mistakes creep in. It's like the slow music section gives her too much time to think and get tight/nervous.

I'd say she's still obviously going to be the champion. I'd say she's also going to still win the FS — the quality of the elements should be enough, I think.

Gabby might win the Free, but I still think Kaetlyn will get the title. She rotated the jumps she fell on, I think

Argh, so sad. Katelyn really struggles to go clean in the LP, it's too bad.

I will say, before the falls, I was thinking that this reminded me of why I first fell in love with skating.

She should stay ahead of Alaine but I hope she'll be behind Gabby.

This will be interesting...love both girls so I'd be happy with either one winning, but it would really hurt if Kaetlyn lost gold after such a strong SP & lead

In my view, the new choreography and interpretation has really strengthened this FS for Kaetlyn....It seemed to be working so much better....until the falls...wonder if she needs more practice mileage to make her be surefooted on this...

Saw a hesitation, almost a what am I doing now moment going into the 3Lo...

But looking forward to her delivering this well at 4CC and Worlds.

I don't like seeing skaters with falls winning but it's hard to argue with Kaetlyn's style and her previous lead.

On the bright side, she didn't pop anything, but really wish she had a better skate to build for worlds. She needs a clean skate before Worlds
