Never liked the official Carmina Burana costume, so I'm happy to see that change.
What does bother me about Liza's last few seasons is how much things seem to change from event to event. At the time, I felt what worked so great about her 14-15 season was the fact that, besides the 3A in the last two events, she built up this incredible foundation of consistency, where she hardly changed a syllable throughout the year.
Since then, programs change, costumes change, jump layouts change, and you get the sense that it's no wonder that same consistency has been difficult to duplicate.
All said, the in-betweens weren't what they were at her peak; there are some moments where I see a degree of concern on her face, focusing on the elements when such big music calls for constant expression. But the jumps, when they're on, are still the best in Russia, if not the world.
The 3T-3tanoT is how I want to see the tano used in skating; it makes sense on the second jump and it accentuates the difficulty of grinding out one triple after another. The lutz was gorgeous as well.
Based on the scoring, I get the feeling that Liza's in with a shot for the World team; it would likely depend on the free now.

I would bet against it.
Imho wouldnt be wise.
She won't make the world team by landing a 3A (because it is already known it may not be stable and there is no guarantee she would replicate it at worlds).
And its not such an important competition.
She rather needs to skate her stuff clean first and start training for next year.

What did he say?
Compared the quality of Liza's 3T-3T combo vs the 3Lz-3T jumped by her competitor. He did not mention the other girl's name but it's probably Lena.What did he say?

Well if Liza manage to skate clean her current layout, she would have won many competitions. The issue is her current layout is not that strong and yet she could not skate it clean.
I am very concerned about that 3F. She's been under-rotating it pretty often this season.

I must be a terrible fan since I've gotten colder towards Liza in the last couple of years. 
It was obvious that she was regressing, but jesus christ! What I saw yesterday was very sad... I actually had to go out and get extra cognac.
And to you, Alexei Nikolayevich Mishin, I have to say that when you build the best lutz in the world, make sure that it doesn't come crashing down with all of it's weight and power.
