They only did two days of open practice. So it's one or the other. Though Yuzuru made sure to change into different training gear XD As requested by Noto-san.

You can find the Skate Canada SP broadcast by TSN here, including fluff and all. All my Let's go crazy's on Youtube have been taken down due to copyrights so I'm doing all backup on google drive now

There is this japanese website which references all (most ?) videos about Yuzu ? I don't have the link here since I'm at work (and shouldn't be chatting on forums, but, well ^^), but I'll give you the link tonight if it hasn't been done before

And yeah, french esp is meh... Well, Nathalie is an ice dancer and it shows in her commentary, she loves the "dancing" part of the sport before anything else, hence her love for Shoma (whom I love too btw) and her reflexions about Yuzu's arms and lack of pointed toes... *sigh*. I think they don't get at all the difficulty of what Yuzuru is doing and what makes him so different from his competitors. Anyway.
In the other hand, France television commentators Montfort/Dumont/candeloro are, well, big chatterboxes - sometimes you can't even hear the music because they just talk all.the.f...ing.time ! - But at least they're real enthusiasts (a bit too much at times ), and overall very warm. I like them so much more (except when they're crossing the line when commenting on ladies, but, well, I guess it's a good thing Ladies is not my favourite part of figure skating at the moment) ! I think Nelson Montfort really loves Yuzuru, as a skater but also as a person. He always says nice things such as how nice, endearing, polite, cheerful and gentleman-like Yuzu is.

(The funny thing is Nelson Montfort has been commenting Figure Skating on french TV since, well, forever ! I remember watching figure skating when I was a kid in the 80ies (!) and it was already him commenting )

I believe the Japanese site you're talking about is niconico? That site is always so fast with all the commentary translations (into Japanese), very impressive.
I think I've heard enough about Ms Nathalie's criticism on Yuzu that it no longer surprises me she doesn't have much nice things to say :sarcasm: Didn't she also having some issues with his costume in some other commentaries too...ahh well, can't please the whole world and she surely represents only a small minority of the world hahaha:handw:

On the other hand, if you don't mind, would you be so kind to consider translating the 2012 World LP commentary? We already have the deux version that's translated by our own Pika on this thread, but there is also this France2 version which is commented by Nelson Monfort, Philippe Candeloro and Annick Dumont (copying straight from the YT clip description) :yay: Would definitely be interested in what they said about our little Romeo back in the days.
