A lot of skaters are going against type this season. I think it's strategic- gives you a chance to stretch yourself, and then you can skate your specialty for the Olys without looking like you're a one trick pony

I doubt she will retire, she is the strongest Latvian female skater and everyone has to deal with puberty at some point. Diana Nikitina is not faring any better, unfortunately.

I thought Nicole Schott Step Sequence was really nice, in Carolina Kostner vein, music also.

Her arms are also graceful and not randomly flapping what I appreciate.

It is depressing to watch how puberty ruined Angelina. She is a woman, not a little girl anymore, and it influenced her ability to jump. She is a lovely skater.

That's why I try not to get attached to younger skaters
