Awww :luv17: :luv17: Thank you! You all have absolutely no idea how much I love his relationship with Tracy and how wonderful she is with him :luv17:

And you guys have been really frisky today! But yes, we'll have a biiiiiig wedding during the off season. We just need to decide where and then change the icons for the day and confuse the rest of the board for the lolz.
I also need to save that list somewhere!
Don't worry, I have full list

Phew! I started watching NBCSN's stream without knowing what happened, saw the popped salchow, freaked out and closed it, then read every page here. And then I was able to go back and enjoy watching it. YOLO is definitely the right feeling for WTT! That K&C will entertain us for months. Looks like we didn't need Brian after all; Tracy and Ghislain were a great support. I love how their faces said "we always knew you could do it."

We've been through such an emotional journey with LGC and H&L. I started out unsure of them, and then they both grew incredibly special to me. For the Olympic season, I hope he will again have programs like PW, Chopin and Seimei that serve as "magical armor" for him. With those, I noticed that people who didn't like him found it difficult to criticize his artistry and deny him credit. He will need that power for gold.

Ryan and Tanith's comments were nice today, although they emphasized the technical side. They recognized he was more involved in this program than the short (I liked the camera work for the step sequence), and that he had less energy than Worlds, yet still pulled off that surprising second half. I think that's fair. I'm always nervous because Tanith starts from a lukewarm place with him.

Thank the lucky stars he won the free. The challenge is real, but he maintained an undiminished champion aura.

(Should i change my title that day to Ms. Hydroblade-Swan ?)

Tracy told him what we all wanted to tell him: "You fought like a champion" :luv17:

I think the rest of the board is totally :rolleye: with us as it is. And I can't really blame them; we're as extra as Yuzu. I firmly believe we're having the most fun and the most pain :hap93: :gaah:

I love their relationships too, she seems so caring, and has a calming and kind aura around her, like an angel who is wonderful with Yuzuru, which is so important to him. I was happy to hear what she said to him after the skate :)

Well, frisky, not all day...

But it's not the exactly right time to speak about negativities, is it?

rewatching the world championships on the bbc iplayer because im procrastinating and yuzuru's english has improved so much its amazing... he's moved from 'im so happy' to 'i need more training' though:laugh:

I get the impression that Yuzu is the type that does well in an environment where there is some nurturing involved (when needed). Some coaches are very prickly, or strict, or demanding etc., and that is fine for the students who thrive under that, I just don't think he would do as well in those situations. He is already so high strung and demanding of himself that I think he needs this other approach occasionally and I"m glad he's found it at TCC which has that capacity with the different coaches that are there.

I wasn't able to watch or keep up with reports, but when the first thing I saw upon I opening the internet was an article about Yuzuru's win on Yahoo, my day was made. And I knew I wouldn't be able to keep the grin off my face for the rest of the evening. You guys' comments didn't really help in this respect, I'm still smiling like an idiot. I'll have to watch the programs tomorrow. Loved Tracy Wilson's words to Hanyu that I read here. And thank you everyone for the beautiful/supportive words in your posts - I know, it's silly to even mention that since we are all fans, but I get so much joy reading such warm messages. Eh, I guess I'm not making any sense... nighty night folks, sweet dreams :)

I want his Notte Stellata hands-swan wings backward skate... or whatever do you call it... xD

Rats, I am too late! :hslap: And no doubt someone has already claimed that beautiful wing-ey spin position at the end of Notte as well, haven't they. :/

Since keeping an eye on the program while in the bathroom (hey, work) was not ideal for enjoyment and later comments, aham, I just had a nice, proper watch while enjoying my tea.

I stay by my comment from yesterday that the man is just done, he's tired. I don't remember the last time he was so exhausted after a program and since stamina is not an issue, I do think he needs a nice rest now. Which granted, for him is probably light practice of 40 quads and working on new programs but hey. At least he'll be back in Toronto soon. Despite all of that this was glorious. The crowd was brilliant. That popped Sal is interesting, I'd have to slow that down but I think he botched the take off there, or it probably would have been fine (which is funny tbh). I have no words for the three quads in the second half; is the quad-loop- a first ever in competition? The bigger part of me is glad he didn't go for six because health (I don't think he popped the A due to stamina, I think it was concentration) but a tiny part of me almost wanted to see a last yolo quad simply because I would have laughed myself out of this universe. As it is, when I saw he remained first till the end, I only laughed myself out of the galaxy.

Tracy's words at the end were I think something he needed to hear; some things must be said out loud after all, so thank you indeed.
Reading some of what he said, he really has a wonderful, complex mind, that both helps and burdens sometimes, but he wouldn't be the absolutely beautiful 'monster' then I'm proud to be a fan of without it.

Whoever gave him the pink bow needs to be sent chocolates.

I am a fickle person so I am now ready for new programs while I say good bye to the glory that were LGC and H&L (and tomorrow the Swan, gorgeous that it is). You have served him well and we'll come back to you often. Say hi to Seimei and Chopin and all the others for us.

Yata, are you ready for the mass wedding ceremony during the off season ?

Can I claim his after skate hugs or is it too late? :luv17:

I'm so happy about today!!! :yahoo: Good ending of this season. Since he poped his solo 3A in FS maybe we will finally see clean Notte Stellata??? :drama:

And i am so not ready to say goodbye to the Swan :sad4: i need emotional support for that... I think i'm going to cry really loud when i hear the last "tu mi ami già"
