Thanks so much! I love making things. And I love to see other people's artwork and crafts. The Figure Skating fandom is very creative.

Both Yuzuru and Javier are able to do the loop jump easily. Especially Yuzuru, who has a natural-born quality. Given how beautiful his triple loop is, you know he has the ability to do the quad. And it's no longer what I should teach. The skater must commit his own unique timing to muscle memory and us coaches are there to correct the skater’s form based on theory.

Any guesses on what Hanyu's FS will be? War horse? Japanese again? Classical? Jazz?
I personally would for him to skate to "Through the Eyes of Love" from the movie Ice Castles. It's a modern classical piece. I like the orchestra version best.
If he goes with Japanese again I'd love to see another soundtrack. Preferably to an NHK Taiga drama.
"Yae No Sakura" or "Yoshitsune" or "Tenchijin"

I've always been dreaming of him performing to the music of Taiga drama, they are dramatic, beautiful and very Japanese (of course).
But I'm guessing he might skate to warhorse or Seimei this year.
 
According to tweets the opening song was 'Cats Eye' and Yuzu wore metallic blue, and did a round off or hand spring for the opening.

This tweet says that Yuzu and Shoma landed 4Ts and then Yuzu got really into the dance and I don't know if it was ad-lib or not, but he did a back flip. And ended the group number back to back with Javi and did a pistol 'bang' towards the audience on the short side.

If that's true, I do really ask myself: Is this guy going mad? "4A is way too dangerous right before Olympics" - but a backflip is just alright?! Well, congrats for executing it, though. :thumbsup:
The pistol-bang with javi must have been epic and Yuzuru dancing is a joy to watch anyway :love: Can't wait to see some clips!

This celtic style has something mystical and magical - combined with Yuzuru's smooth and powerful skating style this could be absolutely epic. Outlander is a story about time travelling. If I remember correctly, he has chosen that topic somewhere already...?
