South Korean Ranking Competition, 01–03 December 2017

Day2 begins! Senior ladies SP started as well.
I will write only impressive girls from now on.

#1 Haein Lee did very very well with 3Lz-3T, 3F, 2A but only got the point of 54.75... SO SALTY! I think it's because she is in first group. This is her debut as senior event, and she is just 12. A lot days in front of her to shine.

#2 Seung been Yu age 13, already has several international experience as advanced novice girls and get some medals with scores above 100. Send in the Clown. Lovely arm movement and choreography, she also use her whole body well, what a program. Shame bout the pop at first lutz, which she aimed for 3Lz, but she came back nicely with good 3T-2T and 2A. I heard her score is about 45.xx currently in second.

Only 24 girls will go to free skating tomorrow, and it means that 11 girls will be out as results of today's short. I wish she could make it.

I thought the same - I'm not usually a Send in the Clowns fan, but Yu's choreo totally won me over. She is so graceful!

#6 So youn Park she came back from injuries, 3S-3T(seems< and fall), then nice 3Lo, 2A. Shame about the fall, otherwise well done. Think about she nailed some 3S-3T at the official practices and warm up, it's really shame Scored 55.24 and currently first.

#9 Ji hun To 3F-3T, 3Lz, 2A clean! How rare she clean the program, but this time she did really really well. Program is pcs wise, nice presentation. 59.42 and currently first. Deserved points she've got! She seems really happy.

#11 Bo young Kim 3S-3T 3Lo 2A clean and nicely revenged to her failure to get ticket at JGP selection event this summer. :thumbsup:
But maybe some unders? Scores 49.xx yes, salty again.

#16 So eun Choi Last year's junior national champ but also failed to go to jgp summer. Nicely done here with 3Lz, 3Lo-2T, 2A Seems calm and gets 50.02 points currently sits on 4th place.

#27 Yu jin Choi clean with 3F-2T, 3Lo, 2A I wish her to be olympic contender but there are so many rivals to take off. 53.49 Current 4th

#30 Yelim Kim looked so nervous so some jumps were not her best, anyway cleaned with 3Lz(rippon)-3T, 3Lo(rippon), 2A Scored 62.13 Current 1st

#31 So hyun An cleaned with 3Lo-3T, 3Lz, 2A although some jumps seem underrotated or so. Scored 55.58 Current 3rd

#32 Young You OMG This girl is.... So much better than last jgp specially her jumps. 3Lz-3T flying and that height! 3F nice 2A good.

#33 Dabin Choi she looks nervous and ill yet, she was not good at 6 min warm up but very well at her competition indeed. 3Lz-3T(maybe underrotated), 3F, 2A She is a fighter.

#34 Eunsoo Lim nicely done with clean 3Lz-3T, 3F, 2A(overturn) otherwise espeacially 3Lz-3T was very nice and clean!!

Question: Since You, Eunsoo and Yelim are too young for senior comps, are they just at this competition for fun or are they in consideration for some other junior assignments based on their performance here?

There are only two junior world spots, so one of them is going to be left out. :/

That is so heart breaking. I loved Nahyun last season! What horrible luck to be injured this season. I hope she continues to recover and she returns better than ever.
