I love Rippon but I would like the committee to invest in Zhou by sending him to the Olympics for a medal in 2022.
Rippon is just a sentimental choice but he has no chance for podium, while Zhou's experience at the Olympics is a leverage for the future.

After the 4T-2T all I could think was "just do a double axel" cause of the trouble he's been having with the 3A. He threw in then 4S but then popped to a 1A... Guess that's to give him something to work on before the Olympics.

No, Yuzuru had 223, 20 with 126.12 TES and 97.08 PCS.

It really would have been a bit much...

Me, too. I was so nervous for him I had to leave the room while he skated. He's the one guy I absolutely wanted to make the team - his last chance.
