I like his half loop!

Yeah his half loop looks good. So often half loops look like mistakes/falling to me.

That was a strong goodbye skate from late bloomer Alexei. He's another one I'll miss. Post-Olympics worlds always have this sad goodbyes undertone.

I feel like both Alexei and Misha could have gotten a bit more scoring love but so be it. So this leaves Kazuki where, second overall? Just doing the math for Japan's spots...
