Yuzuru Hanyu: 2017-2018

What's wrong with that opinion? IDK if she's choreographing/coaching still, but her R&J for him remains my favourite program of his. I'd like to see how they'd make a program now.

I'd love to see that too! May be at least an exhibition program.

Was the making of Hana wa Saku coverage the latest we've seen of her in the media?

She choreographed Team Japan's EX at WTT 2017, so she appeared during that.

He also debuted SEIMEI in ice show (DOI), so fingers crossed for something new in the latter of the tour!
Didn't he debute Chopin 1.0 in 2014 and Requiem in 2015 there as well? I'm not sure

And if I remember correctly, he missed Faoi 2016 because of an injury...? If he had participated, he could have shown Prince, H&L or Notte Stellata there, too... (Pls correct me, if I'm mistaken.)

So maybe a new program this year...?! I think the chance is not too bad... :p

I think you are correct and last year, he announced in ice shows that Chopin was going to be SP for the Olympic season :)

https://twitter.com/mainichi_haga/status/996194960989802496 Another Award for Yuzu. :) The Tokyo Honor Award
The honor comes after Hanyu won gold in the Pyeongchang Olympics in February this year, to become the first men's singles figure skater in 66 years to successfully defend his Olympic championship.

Tokyo will also present the award with 300,000 yen in prize money to women's alpine sit skier Momoka Muraoka, 21, who took top spot in the Paralympic giant slalom event; and Yoshihiro Nitta, 37, who won gold in Paralympic 10-kilometer classic men's cross-country skiing, standing division.

A total of seven Pyeongchang Games medalists, including the three set to get the Tokyo Honor Award, will also receive the Tokyo sports grand prize, awarded to top athletes with outstanding performances at international events. The award comes with 300,000 yen in prize money for gold medalists, 200,000 yen for silver medalists, and 100,000 yen for bronze medalists.
It's great that this one comes with some prize money! --Is this separate from the JOC and JSF prize money then? If so, I hope Yuzu keeps it and buys himself a super expensive set of earphones, or something fun and frivolous. :)

LOL, completely forgot, IF the six types bonus is big enough, then drop the 3Lz, keep the 3F. No need for 3A-1Lo-3F.

4Lz
4Lo
3F
=====
4T+3T
4S
3A+1Lo+3S
3A+3T

So choreographic 3F still in! :hap57:

Honestly, I don't think he needs these prize moneys to buy a set of headphone. Realistically speaking, he is a millionaire now

Yes, he has done so much for the society and will continue to do so, but I think he and his family deserve their own happiness and wealth from now on  (seriously, if I were him, I would do more CM and make a lot of money taking advantage of my popularity, hehe  But perhaps, he is too humble to do it or isn't interested in it.)

Given what he promptly did with his Olympics prize money, I don't think getting richer is much of a consideration for him...

I honestly thought the same as Yude. That Yuzuru should take advantage of his popularity for endorsements.
But as TallyT said he might just not be that interested in wealth in general.

Except earphones, he doesn't splurge on expensive things. Except maybe for his skating stuff.
In terms of clothes, shoes or watches, we don't see Yuzu strutting those stuff. And from what I know (please correct me if wrong) he can't drive so expensive cars is out of the question too. lol.

Seeing how ninja he goes most of the time is but a proof how he wants to live a simple lfe. Honestly I was wondering before if such a person will exsist. Mr. Hanyu always pleasantly surprises me.

Oh and I remember seeing the Ghana CF making was wearing the red costume. He helped push the lighting equipment and the staff told him something but it was unaudible in the video but Yuzu went like, no I am not a celebrity. I am an athlete. All but respect for this boy now turned gentleman.

Well he has at least 5 big sponsors: Lotte / weird white gum that name is very complicated, P&G, Amino Vital, Pyten, and of course ANA. Let´s say that he gets $200000.00 for each one , my guess is ANA pays more for being the titular, but in a year he can made at least $1000000. And this before his second gold, so I guess he is winning more now.

Blue Flames and Blue Flames II money is given to Sendai´s rink. But maybe he keep his photo book money? And from his show/ photo ex maybe he gets a small portion of money (I think someone say that part of the money was also donated).

SO my guess is he earns about a million. I don´t know how taxes work in Japan.

He has won in price money:
4 GPF gold medal x $18000+ 1 silver x $13000
2 WC X $47000+ 2 silver x$27000

Plus whats he earn per show in figure skating.

He deserves every penny of it. Cruzceleste can be his personal accountant.
