I'm going to initiate by saying that I'm probably incredibly biased considering that Nastia is by far my favourite of the remaining Eteri girls and probably my favourite junior full stop at the moment. I would disagree though in regards to her jumps whilst yes her axises aren't always amazing they are a lot easier to fix as far as I know then having small jumps and the fact she doesn't rely on having fast rotation is good because that is what would make her suffer more during puberty--this is why I think someone like Scherbakova and even Trusova who I feel looks as though she is about to shoot up are more likely to have troubles though I'm not exactly an expert. Furthermore Nastia does have some of the best toe picking technique in the group as she doesn't tend to toe axel the was that Kostornaia, Scherbakova and Trusova can (though they don't always) so

hwell:. As well as much as I have problems with Eteri she has done a really good job at making her consistent and i think the only competition she really messed up in was Zagreb where she hit her head.
As well in regards to Alena I much prefer Nastia. As much as this seems to be an unpopular opinion I find Alena quite dull to watch especially in her free which I think suffers from backloading and whilst her short grew on me enough that I could watch it all the way through when I first watched the junior grand prix final her free was the program that I found myself scrolling on my phone for--though this is completely a reflection on my personal preferences in what I like to watch (both of Nastia's programs and Sasha's short were my favourites and the main programs that I rewatch) but I do admit that she does have a nice control over her upper body but I find that she skates very small compared to Sasha and Nastia.
I think Nastia does have higher jumps which can have more flow when her axis is under control (which isn't always I do concede) and her spins are far better. She has so much power and speed going into those spins and she does some really nice positions which I love seeing considering the fact that we tend to see the same spins again and again and whilst Alena does them nicely she doesn't bring anything that new to them. Nastia does a spin that I think Sotnikova invented and I don't remember anyone else doing though there are probably a couple other skaters who do it and wants to invent new ones which I think is super cool and interesting.
I agree with Shayuki though her problem is that she is Eteri's third junior girl and they don't want to have Eteri domination which is why she (and Panenkova to an extent) where held down at junior nats because they've definitely jumped on to having the quad girl and mini Kostner (whose also very reliable which she has over both Nastia and Sasha) as their best two whether I agree with it or not and as a result there is no room for Nastia unless she can get a quad especially considering that Scherbakova is seemingly coming back equipped with quads.
Nastia is the only junior that I really stan and I do my best not to get attached but she has been stressing me out to much lately with first her having bronchitis then the rumours of anorexia and now we don't know if she is still working with Eteri, has a new coach or just isn't training. My plan B for her though if she isn't able to break into Russian seniors well is for her to go into ice dance because she has really good skating skills and twizzles
I love this
video of her from last year becuase it shows off her amazing speed with basically no cross overs.
