Yeah I reckon so. Alena's said herself on her ask that she thinks that the biggest age gap with which she feels comfortable with is 5 years...and she didn't shut down any questions that alluded to her and Alexey. He recently got her a giant stuffed teddy as well

So in Alenas mind a 15 year old girl can date a 20 year year old man. Nyet to that. Eteri is old school she would never let her 15 year old daughter or any of her pupils to do that. Unless the 20 year old was a sports star (hockey, soccoer, tennis etc.) with money in the bank and millions of dollars on the horizon. ;)

I expect AK15 the most beautiful figure skater in the world to stay focused on figure skating through the next Olympics and see where it takes her. Alena could go far and the controversial rule changes could help her in the coming years and hurt her top competitors like Zagitova and Trusova who are more athletic.

When Alena herself said that she's not in a relationship with anybody.

She is way too young to be going out with him. Alena’s parents should put a stop to it.

Our posts speculating on Alenas personal life probably makes her laugh if she reads this. ;) She seems like a very happy-go-lucky girl who also has great focus for her career.
 
This is none of our business. Alena seems like a smart and responsible girl and certainly focused on her career. Her private life is hers alone. If she has a boyfriend, fine, if not, also fine. It’s her parents responsibility to look after her, not ours, and I’m sure they’re doing a fine job of keeping their daughter safe.

Indeed, GS guidelines call for not gossiping about a skater's private life.

We especially frown on gossiping about underage kids.

Please do not post unsourced speculation in any case.

That is why quite a few posts have disappeared from this fan fest recently, unsourced speculation.

If she said so herself, then fans should believe her word. Besides I truly believe that Alena already has alot on her plate; Jr GP and GPF to worry about
 
True true...sorry for bringing it up. And with a change of topic, does anyone think that in Alena’s LP, the 3Lo may one day be replaced with 3A+2T or 3A+3T? The first 2A definitely looks like a placeholder for 3A...but she’s gonna need 2 3As if she’s gonna compete with Trusova and Shcherbakova’s quads...

I don't think she is actually trying to beat them at the moment. She said her goal for the season was to develop her reputation as consistent and if her 3A isn't consistent as she said it wan't in her interview after test skates then she should be leaving it out because honestly that reputation will take her further than any medal will this year. In 4 years time when they are determining spots at the Olympics nobody is going to remember who won silver and who won bronze at the 2018 JGPF but they will remember her consistency. So if she wants to leave her 3A until it is clean and consistent then good on her I say, that is truly a smart and brave move.

Yeah I think so too...playing the long game is tough but it's worth it
