Ah, thank you for the explanation. It will definitely be interesting to see Alena, Anna and Sasha at Senior RusNats. Alena already has a bronze medal but I‘m hoping for another medal for her. Might be tough with all three of them + Zhenya and Alina battling for the top spots but let’s hope.

The costume - the skirt part and the neck are different. I like this one better.

Ah got it. I thought the costume looked much more flattering today, but couldn't put my finger on what was different.

On the plus side her English is improving at a remarkable rate. Obviously there is an accent and the vocabulary is still a little bit limited but her conversational flow is brilliant. She's not having to stop to string her words together any more.

She feels obliged to please her fans with clean skate? That's not necessary, she is beautiful herself, some mistakes doesn't change it. Who never made a mistake, after all. Alëna, you are beautiful girl and wonderful skater. Czech TV commentators praised her again yesterday, by the way. Her skating really has an impact on people. :thumbsup:
