Hi guys, newbie here! It's the first season I follow completely and after what I've been going through at ACI I finally need a place to share my emotions. (I feel like this thread is the only safe space for Zhenya fans on the internet rn.)

I'm just not sure yet how to watch it because the stream that worked for SA is now blocked in my country and Eurosport 2 seems to be showing only Pairs and Men. :think:

@thatbeatingheart: Welcome! Post long and often in our Zhenya-appreciation-safe-heaven! If you have eurosport player, it should show the ladies sp also. It costs about 5 euros, though.

i've got commentary on eurosport player for the men's SP (the two british guys) but didn't have any commentary for Skate America. not sure why it changed, but there normally is commentary for me!

Sigi (Heinrich) did the commentary for Pairs at SA but not ladies as far as I know. (Didn‘t watch Men and Dance) There wasn‘t any commentary at all for ladies which I quite enjoyed. I have nothing against Sigi in general other than he‘s talking a loooot. He knows his stuff generally but I prefer quiet when I watch programs.

Well, she said she was afraid about the food, that it might be unusual for her bu everything turned out alright. She doesn't like maple syrup, she likes honey. Oh,she is excited about russian flag being finally at TCC. Zhenya's fond of knitting, it brings her calmness. These cute mittens she is making at the moment are a gift. She considers this season as the most unusual one. And she defenitely knows how much negativity she gets. She says it's fine we all have our own opinions.

I don't dare ask for a translation. In any case, she is so photogenic and she hasn't lost that glow in her eyes.
In her situation the bitterness or cynicism would have appeared but she always remains amazed. It's rare these days. She can't hear me, but I wish her all the best, in defeat and victory.

Yeah that's my main issue with him too. But I also remember being like "he didn't really just said that??" a few times.

It makes me so sad to think about her reading all these negative comments. Hope she's seeing lots of positive ones too.
