Yes he does have an impressive record! Some folks seem to forget the facts which is that Shoma is an amazing athlete
and well respected in the skating community

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Shoma back in the SP costume he wore at Lombardia. I think he looks great in red!

I like how Japanese media pick up on the stats that I wouldn't have thought of. Now I don't know how to keep myself occupied, just nervously waiting for a GPF (which I've never followed before)!

Yes, that's his thank you. I will testify that it is the cutest. Whenever I've taken his picture or asked him to sign things on two separate occasions, I've thanked him and then he says thank you too. It's so cute! As I'm looking at these video clips, I'm thinking besides a Shoma & Cats Calendar, we may need a Shoma & Hats Calendar too! For sure he would have to wear his Rook head gear!

I can't decide whether I should take something or not! When I saw all the stuff he received at Sk Can, I decided not to throw things on the ice anymore. I don't know. I have to look at the list of skaters and decide what to do.

Itsuki tweeted asking Shoma's skates to protect him from injury they are the sweetest brothers!

It's been only a couple weeks since NHK but I miss Shoma and his skating, so I can hardly wait for the GPF! I really wanted to go but it wouldn't work out (why can't money grow on trees ), but nonetheless it is really exciting! I hope lots of fans will be there cheering for Sho and I wish that he will stay healthy and arrive in Canada early so he won't have to worry about jet lag.

There's a huge difference between knowing a few vocabulary words and understanding the nuances of questions and answers being given in a formal setting. Personally, I think most skaters whose first language is not English should be doing their press conferences in their native tongue. There's nothing worse than wanting to know what one of your favorite skaters' responses would be and getting the same answers over and over. "It was good" and "I am very happy" don't tell us much. And I'm not sure how you know he ACTS like he doesn't understand.
