He's spending a great deal of time looking down at the ice, which is never a good sign. But he seems to have gotten himself more focused ad back on track in the second half.

Really, we need to hire a Japanese audience to do the clapping.

Ouch, that rough start really hurt Vasiljevs. That fall on the first 3A forced him to be slower into the second 3A (with REP), and the 3T pop took away the 3T combo as well later in the program. He came back in the second half though and his spins are always stellar.
