2019 Europeans Men's Free Skate

Totally here for Samarin's jumps. The rest just seems like an exhibition: some basic two foot skating and hand gestures.

If Samarin wins he deserves it. If 100% is perfect then he just showed us 97%.

That flying camel spin landed on the beat - perfection.

Wow the Russian fans have packed this place out!

And Alexander is overjoyed, that's nice.

Seriously, this music makes my ears bleed. But since there's no connection, they could've put any other music in the background... Good for him for bringing it though!

Kudos to Samarin for his technical gutsiness. But I'm skeptical that some of these GOEs should be in the green

You are not the only one. And I don't dislike Samarin, but that program and performance aren't going into my memory book.

Thanks Samarin for landing your stuff!
Judges, I'd thank you to not give +GOE on the first half of them. Come on...be fair.

No shade on Samarin, that was a really gutsy performance.

Samarin had a bit of trouble with letting the blade ride out on some of the jumps but the 4T, 3A, and 3F were wonderful. And better yet, he didn't pop anything. I think he might have left a jump combo out somewhere, maybe the 4Lz. Deserves to be in the lead after that performance.
