2019 World Championships Pairs Free Skate

Great score for them.

And oh look, it's time for me to die from anxiety because of Sui's salchow.

the next two pairs need to be perfect to lead ... ironic because French pairs made mistakes in both SP and LP :)

For Pairs girls it's not unusual to be short :p

I know, but Moskvina seems to be exceptionally so!

OK changed streams - I'm not missing my P/J and T/M!

I did miss the stats on Alexsxandra and Dmitrii though! How high and far did she go on the throw?

Oh Good Lord No! I was just thinking, well at least you won't have to worry about these two trying to foist off junior high school mime sword fights as a "program" or Candyman embarrassments. Not as long as Moskvina is there. I can't see her putting up with that silliness.

It will be lovely to watch these two develop. I do think the GOE on the 3 jump combo was a tad generous, but the rest was enthralling.

Oh, you know, everyone likes different things. I for one am crazy about Z/E's goth swordfighting program. I love it more than words can say, and waaaay more than anything they ever did before.

She's no shorter than Meagan Duhamel :P

I just realized, Alexandrovskaya/Windsor are not here, since there was a mention of "Aussies" a few posts back. Do they not have the minimums?

Oh a HUGE :agree:

I think Nationalism is the single worst curse of Figure Skating.

Apologies for taking us backward several pages ... and also for my earnestness :) .... but I don't see it as Nationalism, so much as team spirit. And I like seeing skaters from smaller feds who are coming up, too. But these points are well taken. :)

Sasha and Mitya did their Pas de Deux best at RusNats, you should see it for Mitya's fispumps alone, they are something

Now time to root for Peng/Jin and for Sui/Han to do their FS to its full potential (they should totally keep it for next season though)

Good for you. Stick to your guns. I'm all for loving what one loves.

 So true (I still love T/M's I Feel Good program...) and it's nice to see an out-of-the-box program now and then.

So nervous for T/M...

Wow big throw from Sui and Han just then!

Random thought while watching the warm-up....Anyone else find it interesting that even though the Chinese pairs all come from the same camp, they warm up very differently? S/H always do some edge work together before they practice any elements.

Clearly it is late and I am losing it.

Weren't she injured? I seem to remember they were no tpresent at 4CC either.

Why on earth are S/H doing the sbs 3s so late in the program and giving me anxietyyyyy

Just don't get hurt Sui, that's all I want.
