2019 World Championships Ladies Free Skate

This will shut up some of her doubters, though I can't say I enjoyed much this program. And she wasn't skating her best for sure.

Alina Zagitova (RUS)

Tech:

- Strong 2A out of footwork
- Very good 3Lz(rip)+3T, wonderful lift between jumps
- Good 3S(rip)
- Nice spiral entry into 2A
- Good rotation and centering on the flying camel spin
- Good timing with the choreo sequence
- Eeked out the 3Lz+3Lo combo (first 3Lz might be < on replay)
- Good 3F+2T+2Lo, little shaky on 2Lo but got it done
- Eeked out the 3F as well, but still a good ride-out
- Strong combo spin
- A little slow toward the end of the footwork but quite expressive (Lvl 4)
- Decent speed, a good I-spin on the combo spin to finish the program (Lvl 4)

Pres:

- A bit tentative here and there, but she got the job done! A great effort after a shaky season of rough skates, but she performed two clean programs when it mattered most! She took her time through the jumps and was able to nail the elements, knocking them down one-by-one. And she got more lift so as not to under-rotate. A great defense!

FS Score: 155.42, 81.16 TES, 74.26 PCS
Total Score: 237.50 (currently 1st)

I don’t enjoy this program. Alina’s SS or posture but she did well and it has been a hard season. She seems like a lovely girl.
