I think she will be loved and cared for by Larry

You know, I had an odd feeling that he was the father. Just a gut instinct. Glad it's finally solved! Now Dannielynn will grow up knowing who her dad is for sure!

So far it's sounding like the Stern guy is understanding of the fact the other guy is the father. It'd be nice if he could maintain an "uncle" type status in DaniLynn's life, since he has raised her so far and seems to really love her.
I hope that Vergie does not get her hands on the baby.
It sounds like the laws in Nassau aren't going to make it easy for Larry, though...going by a quick news blurb I heard on the tv.

i have to say it...i told you so!!! j/k...i have been very hard on howardkstern...but i legitimately saw pain in his face today, and he does seem to be going out of his way to be fair at this moment...and i hope it's legit. i have a hard time believing that it was the best thing for anyone for a biological dad to be completely kept away from his baby for 7 months...and yes, yes, i know it was what anna wanted. not to speak ill of the dead, but i wouldn't have trusted anna to decide what kind of sandwich to have for lunch. howardkstern seems to have acted with integrity today. i'm hoping for the best.

Of course, Stern showed pain on camera. He lost out & everyone knows he is a first class jerk, denying the rightful father access to the baby. I doubt that its the baby he loves, it's the fact that she could become a "million dollar baby" & he wants his cut. How about all the prescription drugs found in Anna Nicole's room that were made out in his name? What does that tell you about him? What concerns me the most is what effect Anna's drug taking during pregnancy will have on Danilynn. I pray that she will be ok & that Larry gets custody of her & is able to protect her from the media & from those whose only interest in her as she grows up is the money & celebrity status.

he didn't deny Larry the right to visit... Anna was teh one who originally denied him
he already gets something like 20 mill if Anna's litigation ever goes through...
as much as I wish a loved one can stop a drug addict... personal family experience proves you can't. Yeah, he did some pretty stupid stuff... but look what she did to the others who loved her and told her know. Maybe he thought he could help her more if he stayed and played to her... I dunno *shrugs*
personally i'm sick of the media pushing one side against the other... the only criminal act I have found is how much profit the media is getting off of this tragedy...

I knew she had his eye shape. I'm glad it's him.
i hope dannielynn does not get the marshall money...i think 80 million, or 400 million would be a curse, not a blessing, to that little girl . i hope she has as normal a life as possible. believe me, i have been more down on stern than anyone...read the other anna thread! yesterday was the first day i saw any humaness in him...and i pitied him a bit...and shocked myself!

Yes I am not surprised. I had that feeling all along, he seemed so sincere and something in his face said honesty. Stern on the other hand tried to throw up too many road blocks to having the truth come out. He was afraid of this. I am glad Dannielynn will grow up with her real father raising her.

Can't find a link. However, there was an internet article just days before the DNA announcement that explained that it is highly unlikely that Danielynn will be rewarded Anna Nicole's claim to the Marshall estate. Essentially, the case has already been tried to it's conclusion. Unless new irrefutable truth of Anna Nicole's claims is discovered, the higher courts will not overturn the original decision.
