But Plushenko will get more of EGs girls before or after the next Winter Olympics if they come off on time or not. EG has several more great girls some veterans some who are juniors and there's no way she can keep all of them happy at the same time. But do you notice how the ones who leave don't go to Davydov or Rukavicin? Like I said for years when money talks people walk. Evgeni has the money and knows how to play this game.
I hope he Terry can keep KV Anna Maya etc. But it's going to be a battle for her to do so an uphill battle.

These screenshots are most likely not even recent.
It's one thing to share personal stuff with someone you trust (eg. your coaches) and a completely different thing is them making that personal correspondence public whenever it's convenient for them. It's not even Alina who left them, so it's completely unnecesary and innapropriate to drag her into this circus now.

lmao Tutberidze is really scrapping the bottom barrel for this fight. Literally anyone can offer anyone to train at their academy. How's that luring? there was not even talk about funding, sponsorships or shows in that msg. Also, the fact that Alina willingly showed this text msg to be used in this feud just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth esp because there's literally nothing wrong in that text.
Also, this whole talk of taking 'readymade' skaters instead of forming your own is so absurd. A coach doesn't need to coach you from the cradle to say that they had a hand in your success. Look at Koylada, thriving now under Mishin, how absurd would it be to say Mishin lured him away or Mishin took a 'readymade skater'. There are only so many seniors and juniors that can compete at a certain period, there's no way to think that all of them are now stuck with their coaches just because they have now been made. I think people forget a lot that the sport is about the ATHLETES, not the coaches.

This fake drama is so stupid. Eteri may be a successful figure skating coach, but she doesn't seem like a mature woman. Alena KANYSHEVA stated in an interview that Eteri's team offered to coach her several times when they met at large competitions before she eventually decided to change coaches. Eteri gets her students from other coaches. It is normal. Why create this hypocritical narrative that what Plushenko is doing is terrible?

Maybe she wanted some media attention? Right now it seems the focus is on Medvedeva and the drama with the coaching changes. Perhaps she felt left out

There was definitely an attempt to lure in the messages (we have 2 new rinks, foreign specialists, we're waiting for you...)
And Misha K going to Mishin isn't really a good example. Misha was out of competition for like a whole year and even before that, struggled to get any results with Chebotareva. What Plush is doing is very different.

It is not about Plushenko and Eteri. It is about Yana, Rudovskaya etc who think figure skating is a show buisiness.

Apparently, the cloud folder that Yana sent is dated with photos from 14.09.20, so this offer seems to be just a recent one. I think Alina just got tired that they keep bothering her with this, although she was very polite in rejecting them.
also, where does Yana come with “Alina asked me about japanese techniques” bs. Do people usually reply to answers about japanese techniques with “No thanks, I’m staying with my coaches”?

Still completely unnecessary to make drama out of something that is common in figure skating. People change coaches all the time, who cares? That is the skater's right.

She already has plenty of media attention. She is co-hosting Ice Age with Alexei Yagudin.
Her absence from Test Skates got as much attention as any coaching change dramas.
But I love the speculation by both you and the OP that she is somehow the one to blame for instigating this drama.
Here's my speculation....
Maybe she didn't want to get another "betrayal" poem from her coach.
Or have said coach's sister post all kinds of nasty things on IG about being lazy, fat, and disloyal.
Because that's what happned the last time Eteri found out she was having conversations about skating with a Plushenko.

Who is making that drama - the media (and buisness people), and who is just responding - the coaches. Also, it is not common to change coaches like that, there is a transfer window in first place (you can't leave your coaches/team whenever you want, that's just unprofessional) and there are emotions as a product of surprise and not well talked decisions in a second place (as a product of that unprofessionalism). Now, the situation skaters are skating/leaving in today is not common at all, and that's the reason why we should understand them too. 'Desperate times call for desperate measures'.

The drama was started when the messages were published by Eteri's team. I just saw someone say that publishing private correspondence without the consent of the both parties is illegal in Russia. If so, this is going to turn from unnecessary drama into something that could be a serious issue. That coaching team is very successful, but the other coaches should all learn from Dudakov and stop using social media.

there is no connection you are talking about at all. No need to invent! Rudkovskaya says that she had previously communicated with Zagitova on various issues. For example, these "Japanese healing techniques". I am clarifying because you either do not understand Russian well enough, or your translation is bs.

I’m blaming Alina? Umm...they’re her messages. Someone gave them permission to be posted, and if she didn’t give permission then she should feel very offended that her trust was violated. Maybe Alina will make a public statement that someone hacked her messages and posted them?
Alina is now an adult. She knows right from wrong, so if she isn’t involved in this public display then I hope she gets an apology.
