Semenenko got compliments on 4S, it’s ease and height, and on his tricky exit from his near fall/UR on 3A, by turning it in spread eagle. She said, if it were up to her, she’d add points for ‘this kind of thing’
and, Kovalev got some compliments—no wonder, the kid was on fire. Then TATsaid that the judges will not doubt’ dig up some deduction. (Does she know something we don’t know?) thankfully, they didn’t. Because, you know, Eteri doesn’t have a horse in this race.
Lezheev got basically ‘good try, but too many errors’ and the lecture on how quads move the sport, and those who do them are soaring eagles.
I gotta say, Plushenko told Kovalev his first win was a ‘fart’, well, his streak still holds. Samarin, I don’t even know what to feel, feel sorry he has to skate in pain, but putting those 3As was crazy and... yeah, crazy.

) I'm sad for Kondratiuk though, bad splat on the 4T at the start really affected his Opera Pop Rothbart interpretation and performance.
