serious work of the muscles and conditioning is required, not to forget mental concentration
and Khudayberdiyeva is such a character already in her first senior season

Overall impression to me is that Liza and Egor have a much better program than Tiff and Jon. Also, the latter were a bit over the place today. The score was too high.
