I subscribed to the digital version of IFS (subscription of one year/6 issues was cheaper than having one physical magazine sent to Italy!) and I did get the latest Jason issue!!! 
No spoilers for anyone who are still waiting for it, it was well worth my small investment!

I hope Jordan is able to pull off a livestream event for Toronto area skaters like he did in September with the Montreal ice dancers, where the skaters did run throughs of their SP and FS.

Good tip! I just did the same. I've been getting the paper version from a friend when she's done with it. She promised to read it quickly this time. I also subscribed to the digital version ( specifically for the issue with Jason). Haven’t received mine, yet. Hope it arrives soon!

Keep your eyes out for anything from "Zinio" in your mailbox. That's the application with which the magazines are saved and viewed. They will alert you when the magazine is ready for you. I didn't realise this and I was lucky I didn't confuse their message as spam at the first sight. You might want to recheck the trashbin, just in case!

My confirmation hasn't arrived either. They do mention that the order has to be reviewed by a CSR, so I assume that once that happens, the order will be activated.

Watching TSL and they mentioned that the Cricket Club was closed down this week because of 3 COVID cases - praying that everyone there, including Jason, stays healthy and safe!

Had not heard that. That's unfortunate. They would have been in Ottawa skating this week. It's so complicated now. I wonder what the exposure was and whether everyone has to quarantine or if they can use a different rink for a couple of weeks. It could be club members and have nothing to do with the skaters.

I got a notice that the subscription is being processed, but my account shows it beginning in January, which is silly considering that it's just November and it's digital. So I sent them an email asking them to begin my digital subscription with November/December. I will be very annoyed if they don't do that.

That’s crazy! I purchased my digital subscription in mid October, and I haven’t even gotten an email from them to say that it’s being processed. The whole reason I bought it was to get that Jason article, so I’m going to be really upset if I don’t start getting issues until January. Thanks for the update though!

That's quite strange, I also ordered in mid October, I also specifically sent a request to have my subscription start with the Nov/Dec. Jason issue, but they started with the previous issue anyway, then sending me the latest issue 3 days later!

I emailed them to request a start date for the November/December issue and they amended the subscription. I had to go into Chat to figure out how to login, only to find that I was logged in. I must have managed to do it, but hadn't been able to read the magazine. It didn't let me download it, but I can read it on site. It's a really nice article. Lots of Jason content on adjusting to the new training protocols, quads, adjusting to being without Yuzu, Zhenya and Jun, and lots from Tracy as well. Email them to get this straightened out.

It shouldn't be. The problem is that they handled the subscription like it was a mail subscription. They have to contact the platform that hosts the digital version and change the parameters. The mail version has already been sent out and received by most people. But digital can be accessed as soon as it's uploaded. It took about a day to have the change made.I emailed them this morning to ask the same. I subscribed on October 28, hope it's not too late.
