Yes, GOE +.0.50. Initially the judges gave it +3.61 so the < cost her 3.11 points which would have been enough for her to win the Euro title. It was fair though, the jump was indeed underrotated.
But I am a bit ambivalent about the fact that the judges are required to lower the GOE because of an underrotation. You are already punishing the jump by lowering the Base Value to 80%. In this case, Anna's 4F was a nice jump, lowering the GOE seems to me a bit of a double punishment. But then again, an underrotation is an underrotation so some kind of deduction on GOE is applicable I guess...
In this case, lowering the BV to 80% would automatically lower the GOE to +2.89 (without additional deductions) so it will NOT have been enough for Anna to win the Euros anyway as she lost to Alëna with 3.05.
I agree, @Jontor. I think BV and GOE should be independent of one another. Yes, typically you would expect a jump with a BV deduction to have lower GOE, but let that happen on its own accord, not by forcing additional automatic deductions.
