Both. Anna is a performer who while beautiful with lovely skating skills doesn't quite perform to the level of Daria for example. Plus she has rather a different style which isn't appreciated nationally or maybe even internationally.Regarding Frolova and Eteri girls. There is one interesting point. A year ago, in juniors, Anna Frolova, Daria Usacheva and Maiia Kromykh had almost the same component mark, around the 8. This year, in russian bubble, Eteri's girls component mark suddenky raised up to 9, while Frolova is still the same. Is it the Usacheva and Kromykh permanent improving and Anna under her coach not improving at all? Or there is some other explanation? What do you think?
Competition nerves and she's coming into it with more adrenaline. Also the men's programs are structured differently because they can do quads while the 3A is the hardest jump the ladies can do.Sigh, why does she always nail the 3A in warmup and spin out when it counted?
But at least she didn't do the lame +2T men do.![]()
But she looked happy wit her score in K&CNicely done, Sofia! I really enjoy this SP of hers, it's so unique, and she executes it so well. She looked so sad today, even while skating, though - hope nothing's wrong.
Also, the updo really shows how lovely her cheekbones are. She is a very pretty girl.
That would be too good to be true!!!!Tuktamysheva is legend. I love her drive and talent! I really hope she gets that spot for Worlds.![]()
