Well I don't really think she got to be herself, or much of anyone else in this program either. There was that one part with personality near the end, otherwise there wasn't really a program at all, she just skated a bit with some background music.

Sofia is much more enjoyable to watch when she's smiling. That's what made her so likeable in 2019, and why I have a hard time with her nowadays with more serious programs and looking like she's going to cry after every skate.

I admire Sofia. She always gives 100%, does the best she can always. A couple of years ago she got hit with huge body changes, but darn if she didn't reign it in and reach this level of fitness.

Poor Samudurova. This is the sort of program that needs pep and that’s hard to do if your first jump is a pop and you’re upset about it all throughout the program.

This is really the most bizarre music cut of the season. Sofia actually making it work is an accomplishment in itself. What a pity her tech is not reliable.
