Totally beautiful and age-appropriate. Mia's jumps on the other hand are so interesting to me. She gets a lot of height. Has a nice 4T. But, she has no flow out of her jumps. She is only 13 .. so it is something to work on. This is a better performance than I have seen from her in the past. She is more committed. Needs to work on her spins.

A lot of commenters mentioned seeing the influence of Russian skaters on Isabeau; I see it even more in Mia. Unfortunately she's really getting hit with some low GOE and lower levels.

Nice job Mia! Little shaky on some things but a nice debut overall. Looks like her performance has improved as well!

Hmm, I don't know, I wasn't that impressed by her to be honest. I've heard that she's jumped a 4T but her jumps today didn't get a lot of height and as I am unhealthily obsessed with legs (it's not sexual though I swear) her leg lines could be better. But she's young, she'll improve. I'm just a 20-something under medication anyway

Nice debut! She landed her jumps if a bit wonky on the landings, but she has some really nice qualities to work with as she continues to develop

Really? I was thinking she seems capable of doing much better.. interesting skaters coming from America this JGP season..
