I don’t think you’re guaranteed anything- the spot is earned for your country quota not for the skater, unless you’re the only viable skater from your country.

That's a tricky one. Technically no, the country can send whoever they want.

Im nervous about him, he has zero experience on those kind of international pressure and those PCS he was getting at Russia will most likely not translate right away to international scoring.

Atleast with Samarin has somewhat proven track record and on a upward trajectory after bad performances last season due to injury.
