Why is there break with only 8 couples? Shouldn't ibe two groups of four?

The only reason I can think of for keeping three groups is for sponsorship reasons.

Four pairs is the maximum allowed by the ISU and they often have groups of four.

Second group verdict: Overall WOW, last pair notwithstanding. Frankly, I would have placed them next to last in ordinal scoring. Otherwise the scoring is playing out to my approval.

But the headline: Johnny and Tara's pimping of C/J was not without justification. That was splendid. When they hit those jumps, the other elements sing more.

I also really liked Emily/Spencer. Very nice. Too bad about the jump.

I'm sure at this point USFS is just trying to get through things, but they really need to up their "in-game entertainment. Rusty is so cringey, and the same music (country interlude notwithstanding) each time. I reeeeallly don't near to hear "Let's Get Down to Business" again.

Been a fan for 40 years. Never been to a live event. Do they always blast super loud commercials as soon as the skaters are finished?
Then blast really loud rock music? Then have more loud music by a live artist during Zamboni? Maybe I would not enjoy a live event.
What ever happened to silence during breaks when you could actually talk to your folks with you??
