NBC Olympics posted a nice video .. sort of a re-edit of things we've seen, but it's the first time I heard Jason talk about how his heart starts pounding when they introduce him, as representing the US.

I think they were still training together in CO at that point. She left and joined Raf's group in 2016, but she was still using Ro's Chicago program when I saw her at Skate America in the Chicago area that fall.

Even though he wasn’t in the gala, I’m glad Jason got to stay through to the closing ceremony! Looks like he got to enjoy all of the olympics which is lovely!

Also gotta say I agree with his emoji in his pic with Guillaume Cizeron, I too would be making heart eyes at that man!!

No. But I believe that he was going to meet up with his family. They've been at Olympic Family events in Park City but they may be flying back to LA to meet him. I don't think he was headed directly to either Chicago or Toronto, but I don't know. He'll surface eventually. He wants to celebrate with his family and then he'll decide whether he's going to stay in training as 1st alternate, or pass on World's.

Jason's family may be doing their annual February stay in the CA desert. He could be there with them though I think the Ice Castle rink there has closed.

That's nice! I will check it out. They had also done the old one when they were both still at Cricket. I was so glad to see that they were able to get together for a while in Beijing. I hope that they are always friends.
