He secretly goes to some deviation from the rules, like many of us. However, I`m very glad that on his birthday Andrei has the opportunity to at least do the usual story repost. On his birthday, he probably felt lonely away from home. I hope that the fans in the stands have prepared sincere congratulations and gifts for him. The best cake and candles will be waiting for him in the most beloved place on earth - in his home.Andrei's instagram stories are workingand showing many birthday wishes, still visible for at least 8 hours.
The Fun sector and a small mobile fan club of Andrei Mozalev celebrate his birthday late at night on a train going to Saransk. It`s so cute.

Okay, I won't beat around the bush: if you didn't want to watch the jumping tournament, watch it for sure!

UPD: I made changes: enthusiastic journalists made a lot of mistakes yesterday. But Andrei is still did an excellent job, he didn`t make any mistake on single 4T or on complex cascades of three and five jumps. Anya and Andrei led the Red team to victory.

The 1tv said it was all 4Ts, but they were as pretty as always. 
Edit: Davydenko said on telegram that Mozalev tried 4F in individual, UR'd and fell. I hope he skates without second quad in short/free. He was visibly more pleasing in his jump prep, entry and exits that either Kondratyuk or Semenenko. He needs to learn to win with one quad over the multi-quad guys.

Yes, the journalists messed up with the identification of jumps, and according to the video from a far angle, it seemed to everyone that there was a push with a prong and it was still a flip. I was very sad when I found out. Many of us believes in flip's return.The 1tv said it was all 4Ts, but they were as pretty as always.

However, Andrei is well done in any case, he did a great job and scored points almost at the level of Anya Shcherbakova, taking an honorable (no kidding) second place. His cascades of 5 and 3 jumps are cool.

Did he got second in individual after fall on 4F? I know that in the version i saw in 1tv he was the one who broke the tie and won for team red (and got a nosebleed, the kid tried so hard, so Mozalev…
). Overall, I am happy to see abbreviated version, without Mozalev falling. Mom thinks he’d lost weight on his Great 4-year Plan

No, he scored only 4 points in the individual tournament. However, according to the results of the team tournament, the participants' points were also counted, and Andrei took second place (52.7 points), losing only to Anya Shcherbakova (58.74) and beating Kamila Valieva (50.31). Video of Mozalev's SP. Perhaps some of us have no problems opening the Channel 1 website, my friend from Canada said that he paid for a subscription and everything opens without problems. I don't know the details. Maybe someone will be able to watch it.

Thanks for the videos! I saw Yagudin clapping during his free program. I think his skating seems faster to me? And he looks less nervous than at the olympics.

I think he skated faster or at least finished with the music, or slightly before. And after skating that, he carried Yagudin, so his tentative 4T and 3A in the end are not due to any stamina issues. Heh, that what happens when a pair’s skater coaches
I am hoping two 4S in two programs in a row means it sis starting to stabilize. He passed Semenenko by the same tiny margin as always, so Mozalenko is still very much on for next season. With everyone else bringing third quad to the table, save for Kolyada, it sounds to me that Davydenko’s words that we’ll see 4F might mean that it will be what would occupy Mozalev in the summer. I wish the team all the best before the next season which is likely going to be the hardest yet they faced.But, gosh, the kid is a fighter. Respect.
