2022 World Figure Skating Championships: Men's Free Skate

Are you streams ok? I watch via local TV again and there is lots of quality problems. Well I will take a nap and watch the first group later and after that try to catch live broadcast.

I AM happy to see Nikolaj M though! :D He's just fab.

I forgot to ask during the SP, but is Nikita at the Worlds because he beat Paul Fentz at the Nats? Or has Paul retired (say it ain't so!)
Someone from Germany (I think it was Jasira) said that it was because Nikita Starostin beat Paul Fentz at Euros?

Hello everyone.

My alarm clock went off at 5:45am on a Saturday. I didn't even KNOW there was a 5:45am on Saturdays.

My stream is good. I am watching Skating ISU YouTube stream with VPN set to Netherlands. Enjoy your nap. I sympathize... it is 3 am here.

Hello everyone!
I finally got some sleep and shall we with you all the way - internet permitting. I missed the last of the ladies yesterday, but am so happy for ladies. That will make a great rewatch.

Looking forward to seeing some new faces and old friends. I will miss Jun-Hwan a lot. May thses skaters enjoy their skates and go home feeling good about themselves.

Yes, Nikita is here because he has beaten Paul at Europeans. Paul has said during the season that he doesn´t plan to retire, even though he lost his financial support of the federation this season. :( So 🤞that he can go on without money.

But I think Nikita is the future. But he still doesn´t have citizenship and he doesn´t really speak German even though he is living here for some years. And speaking the language is important to get citizenship. So please, Nikita, do your studies. We will need you at next Olympics. But Bruno Massot was struggling with passing the language test as well, so perhaps it´s a good sign.
