I bet it's a cold with the negative PCR tests. Praying he can get there in time for the men's event. I had no idea this happened to him until now. Missed the beginning of the Team event so didn't even realize he wasn't there. Hope he makes it there!

I am so happy and proud of Keegan for placing 11th...I actually think he could have placed maybe 2 slots higher, but overall I'm proud of his tenacity through the COVID protocols and that he got to compete at his 2nd Olympics. His skating brings me so much joy and excitement. And I won't stop loving how proud he is of being a parent and what he's said he's learned from being a Dad for the first time. Gold in my book.

my feeling is that Skate Canada will really insist on our top skaters to go to Worlds because in 2024, Worlds are in Montreal. Keeping spots is much easier than gaining spots... So, it's best not to lose any.

I don't know if it was already mentioned somewhere but apparently this is Keegans last season. He was just talking outside to some fans where I heard him say it. His knees aren't that good anymore and 27 years on the ice are enough.
