Doctor's orders have yet to keep a horse lover from the saddle
In all seriousness, though, she had surgery seven weeks ago, so she's probably cleared for riding by now. If she stretches her hip flexors and ITB before getting in the saddle, it will probably help as well.
Ahhh, Aliona as the Bloofer Lady! Looks like she's having so much fun in the role.
Hah, learning all those lifts back in June pays off now!

A beautiful program! What I find most impressive (and watched repeatedly) is the complexity of her arm (and torso?) moves in her Axel. She can't jump triples yet, but she's not lost her time! It must imply so many hours of practice. Plus her natural abilities of course.
