I was trying to find the Planned Program Content, because I was thinking the intention was to do a 4T-3T in the short ONLY, and in the free it was supposed to be 4T-2T. I don't know though.Late to the party but congratulations to our wonderful boy. Onwards and upwards for the rest of the season. Please get the triple in the combo Shoma in order to be the Supreme Shomaestro!!
I slept through this... but just saw the resultsVery pleased with SHOMAGICAL !
Still room to improve considering he didn't bother putting a +3 on any combo... (2t, and 2a) and he wasn't able to put in a third combo...
so that's about 8-10 more points or so if he did a + 3t and a +eu+3f somewhere
"So how did I do guys? OK?"

of course he won't do 3a-3aI think he never did 3 combos so far and the 3A-2A is not possible as a 3A-3A if you mean that one?
Yes he has a wonderful 3A-eu-3F and trains it but they don't put it in as often now as they did last season. Maybe to have some points "to gain" for Worlds or Nationals if he feels he needs to?
I see a new avatar coming...![]()

Fans who were at practices said he kept practicing the 3 jump sequence of 3A/Eu/3F over and over. Ghislain was even coaching him on it. I kept waiting to see it, but it never materialized!.Wonder what happened. Maybe he figured he didn't need it and didn't want to take the risk?so that's about 8-10 more points or so if he did a + 3t and a +eu+3f somewhere
Sounds like you had a great time. Happy for Italy too!...Unless Shoma is injured, he is required to be at the gala. My guess is you will get to see his amazing new program "Padam Padam", choreographed by Coach Fluffy. It's beautiful...I agree on the gray color. I think he has that costume in lavender too. Even that would be better. Wonder why he doesn't wear the (gasp!) black shiny pants in the free.Hi everyone!
Today Shoma's program wasn't perfect, but his charisma, artistry, strong and deep edges were enough to win the competition. I still think that a more ethereal color for the shirt would be better, but I enjoyed his skating very much. All the crowd cheered for him and I hope he will skate in the gala too (I didn't find any news about that).
Yes but he usually just wants the 4-3 and is not known for switch-thinking during the programs. He's never really needed it I guess.of course he won't do 3a-3a
he probably planned to do 4t-3t. 3aEU3f and 3a-2a
What i meant is that when he did the last combo, he still had better options than just the 3a-2a...
For instance, if Shoma does 4t-2t instead of 4t-3t, he he could tag a 3t on one of the 3a... easy for him. Not a great point advantage you may say but less doubles.
3a-3a isn't good because that would mean he needs to start a jumping pass with a triple...Yes but he usually just wants the 4-3 and is not known for switch-thinking during the programs. He's never really needed it I guess.
So he can be a bit stubborn in this regard I believe?
He has also done 3A-3A for fun. and this kind of stuff, he's just not a re-planner as far as I've seen.
I think we already agreed on that?3a-3a isn't good because that would mean he needs to start a jumping pass with a triple...

There is no harm I guess... I would say it's easier to discuss how he can even improve his layout when he did so well and won, then if he did badly? Then the discussions would be filled with regret instead of hope? Why is anyone discussing the jumps, combinations and sequences? His skate was the best in everything for now. Yes, it can be improved but for me it was just fabulous, pulled me in. What do I care if it's a quadruple-double or triple, a 3A-3A sequence or 3A-2A sequence. I 'get' the discourse but for me it was just a great, wonderful, skate!
Exhibition schedule.
He's usually always at the salon in Champery getting his hair coiffed. Guess he's busy traipsing around the world with his skaters.i'd rather buzzed than this...

I thought I was seeing things when he went down on one knee in the free, and I absolutely LOVED it. But I guess I didn't have Sho hallucinations. Here it is. What do y'all think?

Great photo by Verit. The Dream Team strikes again. And this time, even Manager-san is there. I love it!
Thank you Demi-san.
